Sean's passion for fitness began soon after a skiing accident in 1991. After a year of physical rehabilitation accompanied by fitness training, Sean discovered the importance of strength training and how necessary it was to his complete recovery. His experience changed his life in such a positive way that he pursued a career as a personal trainer. Sean understands the importance of dedication in achieving and maintaining personal goals. With Sean's assistance, rediscover your natural strengths, improve your posture, regain joint stability and reduce the effects of aging. Helping individuals reach their unique personal goals led him to broaden his scope of training methods. Wanting to learn more about the complexities of the human body, his career path led him to study joint biomechanics and functional training. His creative and unique method of training makes exercise enjoyable. Continued education, research, and practical studies all contribute to his effective training style.

With Sean's assistance, exercise will become something you will look forward to and enjoy both mentally and physically. He changes the way individuals view exercise by challenging the stereotypical, traditional exercise approach considered by many to be the only way to exercise.
