Good Life Fitness Paul Tanber is an ISSA-Certified Fitness Trainer experienced in different modalities of fitness training with comprehensive exercise programs for weight management, body building, strength training, cardiovascular training, balance/flexibility and overall fitness. Having specialized in Nutrition and Health studies at Arizona State University, Paul offers nutritional counseling and support in addition to his training regimens.

Friendly, with a focus on positive encouragement and motivation, Paul enjoys working with clients of all fitness levels who want to start looking and feeling better.
